Howard Elliott Collection Moves To The IHFC

Howard Elliott Collection Moves To The IHFC
One of the premier manufacturers of decorative mirrors and accessories, Chicagoland-based Howard Elliott Collection announced recently it had signed a long term lease with the IHFC. "We have been discussing a possible partnership for a few years," said Brian Berk, President of Howard Elliott Collection. "The opportunity finally came about and we seized it." The company relocates from Showplace to the IHFC's Hamilton Wing, space H237.

A fast-growing company (Berk describes the rise as "meteoric"), Howard Elliott Collection ships to more than 5,000 retailers, contract and hospitality customers worldwide. The company is known for its many new introductions each market and that trend will not change. In fact, it should expand. "This move will allow us to showcase our fabulous collection in a gallery-like atmosphere," Berk said. “We plan to expand our product offering for this market, but we are keeping some of the details under wraps.”

Berk is "cautiously optimistic" about Market, citing many dealers who have, over the past many months, cut back on inventory. "I feel they have drawn their inventories down so low that they will be needing to place replenishment orders for the balance of the year." That assessment coupled with the new address adds to Berk's optimism. "We decided that if we were going to continue our efforts at becoming a premier home accessory company we needed to be in the most coveted building in High Point.  We believe that we will find many new customers at the IHFC, customers that have never found us in High Point before."
