Major Brands Show Confidence In Market

Expansion, Long-Term Leases Mark Major Brands At IHFC
Vaughan-Bassett — Long a dominant presence on the Tenth Floor, Commerce Wing of the IHFC, Vaughan-Bassett has extended its lease with IHFC, and will expand its space. “Now is not the time to pull back," said Doug Bassett, V-P of Sales. "We have a lot of confidence in our products and our people. We plan to push forward and work hard to secure new market share.”

Howard Miller — Formerly at 200 North Hamilton, the company has moved to IHFC and is bringing along its other brands, Hekman and Woodmark Furniture. “The IHFC is where the majority of our customer base spends the majority of their time (during Market). We’re going to be where our customers are,” said Mark Siciliano, Director of Marketing.

Rowe Fine Furniture — A stalwart in IHFC's Commerce Wing, the company and its portfolio of brands — Rowe, Clayton Marcus and Robin Bruce —  will relocate to a new showroom on the Eleventh Floor to make room for their growing assortment. The company also extended its lease.

Hooker Furniture —The company expanded its presence to some 100,000 square feet to accommodate its growing line from its family of brands, Hooker, Sam Moore Furniture and Bradington-Young.
